Southeast Missouri Attorney Fees for Speeding Tickets - Does Not Include Trial

Most speeding tickets can be handling without a Court appearance or a trial.  An attorney will negotiate a plea offer for you, and you can decide if you want to take the deal or go to trial.  Most speeding tickets will be reduced to a non-moving violation through plea negotiations, but we can't guarantee this.  However, we will get the best offer we can.  The fees listed below DO NOT INCLUDE the attorney fee for a trial, and they do not include any fines and/or Court Costs that may be owed if you decide to take a plea offer.

Pleading guilty to moving violations can put points on your driving record, which may eventually lead to you losing your driver's license.  Also, Insurance companies monitor your driving record, and they may raise your rates if you plead gulity to moving violations like speeding tickets.  Typically moving violation stay on your record at least three years, and they can cost you a lot more than the fine and Court cost.  If you hire us, we will do everything possible to keep a moving violation off of your driving record.  We can't guarantee a non-moving violation offer, but we haven't not recieved one yet!
